"Professional work and excellent results. Knowledgeable of local codes; from the initial meeting I knew I was dealing with a solid professional, not an amateur. Able to effectively help troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions Good customer service. Reasonably priced for quality of work. I'm very happy with the service and would use them again. Does not get 5 stars due to really minor issues: billing (the process of sending payment could have been smoother; created undue stress in my mind) and post-completion follow up with a minor issue with the work. These do not prevent me from highly recommending to others."
