"The entire experience was great. The estimator arrived as promised, listened to my ideas concerning the remodel, and was able to arrive at a plan that turned out to be fantastic. ACWD was a replacement contractor for a "two-week" project that had entered its tenth week with the original contractor. I put the project out to bid twice and had seven contractors in all bid. ACWD was the only contractor that suggested an engineering change (tying the rake wall into the first step). A stroke of genius that made the whole project. ACWD performed the work flawlessly and considered (and integrated) my changes as the project progressed."
