"Our project is now complete. The quality of the work overall is very good, and I'm extremely pleased with my retaining wall. There are just a few things that could be have been better: 1. During-project communication regarding any changes to the work. For example, the crew had already wrapped up "all" their work and left the site before I was approached with holding off on one component of the plan. I would have appreciated having the opportunity to address this before the crew was done. 2. Follow-up after completion to discuss satisfaction with the project. There are a few minor issues I would like to see resolved."

"Great follow-through and willingness to do what was required to get the job done right. Matt has a great blend of design intuition, plant knowledge, and construction know-how. We liked that Matt did both his own sales as well as leading the crew every day. That way, we could communicate our preferences one time without the message getting lost. Matt and his crew were approachable with questions/concerns at all times, and were on time and respectful. Everything was on paper in a professional way, and references were volunteered without us having to ask. Billing was in line with what was estimated, and we're very happy with the end result."
