"Rick called me within hours of placing my request. I did a little more research before hiring him. His was the most competitive quote by far. I paid less for a custom made railing than I would have had I hired some of the contractors in the city. He did the whole thing on spec, came out and measured and the railing magically appeared. I am glad that I drove up right as he was leaving because he was just going to leave the bill on my porch and trust that I would pay. You can bet I paid him right then and there because the rail was just right. I recommended him to my mom and he did two custom railings for her as well! She's thrilled."
