"I had an emergency, we were closing on our townhome and the night before moving out we broke a piece of our fireplace. I called Tom frantically and he was so understanding and professional. He sent someone to our house THAT NIGHT and had it fixed the following morning all before we closed. Not only was he very understanding and professional but he did an amazing job and it looked great.
