"I had 2 heavily soiled children's rugs. Cloud 9 took them and cleaned and deodorized them and left them as good as new - even for 30-year old rugs! The Oriental-Style area rug was also cleaned and it looks almost brand new. I would call them again. The representative was considerate and easy to work with."
