"II'v been in the construction business all my life and I have to say that working with 21st Century Construction been one of the most gratifing experiences to date. Scott , his superintendent, his employees and sub contractors were just wonderful to work with. They kept the construction mess to an absolute minnimum, completed the work in a very timley manner and the quality was superb. There were no hidden costs or costly change orders and they all responded to any small changes without a problem. I am presently working on some more upgrades for our home and 21st Century will be the only one on my list as the CONTRACTOR. "

"I hired Payne & Sons to do some light construction and remodeling to a home I purchased in S. Phoenix. I needed some special work done to accomodate my handicapped daughter, and was very pleased with both the quality of workmanship and the price of the overall job. They were very professional from the day of the estimate through the day of completion, and very patient with my questions and minor changes to the job.
