"I recieved my clean carpets yesterday and was delighted! they were quick to respond to my to my initial request , were on time for their appointments and were also careful when picking up and putting down the carpets with the surrounding furniture.. I will definitely use them again for my other carpets"

"Outstanding service. (1) He was the only one who was willing to take our Ethiopian wool rug (which had moths) directly; the other individual wanted us to de-moth it ourselves in our apartment. (2) He came when he said he would, picked up the rug, moved the furniture back, and was gone with no problem. (3) He returned the rug, cleaned, and put the furniture back in place. (4) When my wife complained of the smell of the wool (untreated wool smells when wet; last time it was in a basement for 2 years) he took it back, kept it for 6 months until it was okay, brought it back, and installed it. Best service ever."

"Presstige called me back immediately. The rugs were picked up and delivered exactly as promised. One rug looked good, but the prominent stains we'd discussed on the other were not removed at all, making me wonder whether the rug was even looked at. Presstige offered to pick up the rug again but by then I had made other arrangements to remove the stains. This project cost a lot more than I remember local dry cleaners charging for area rugs, but I don't know if the processes are the same."
