"The Spectrum Home team did an outstanding job, and added in carpet cleaning and window washing (both inside and out) for free! and replaced the batteries in my smoke detectors. They do take great pride in their work, are meticulous and pay close attention to detail. I was very pleased when I examined the finished product. My home is squeaky clean thanks to the Spectrum team. One thing that I particularly appreciated was how personable Bob the manager/owner was as well as the pride he took not only in customer service but in making sure that my home was spotless. I will definitely use them for future home services. Thanks for a job well done!"

"They were wonderful and thorough. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint is that they are very expensive for weekly cleaning. For a one time move in/out cleaning they were great. I would have liked to hire them on a weekly basis, but they charge way too much."

"I would give this service a C-. Their first cleaning for us was "adequate" but inconsistent. They emptied some trash cans, not others, left cleaning residue on bathroom sink, water marks on microwave oven (cleaning water sloshed on never dried or wiped off), streaks on stainless steal refridgerator. There seemed to be a lot of dust and dirt remaining on the floors even though they were cleaned and vacuumed. They did show up when they said they would , were flexible with scheduling, and price-matched our previous service. "
