"The guys were nice as could be and I know my house was dusty; very, very dusty (they were pre-warned) but in the FIVE hours that the two men were here, they missed so much... The floors were swept completely but only spot cleaned (mop-wise), the microwave was never touched, some of the shelving on the walls were never dusted, the bed sheets were never changed (although I left the beds stripped with the fresh sheets placed on the naked beds), and the kitchen counters, most cabinets, and sinks were never touched :o( --> But they moved furniture to clean the children's bedrooms and really worked hard to make their play area clean knowing that my kids would be playing in that room. I honestly expected more (because I was told it would be he and his wife) but the owner had a new employee instead. I believe that is where the problem arose. Roberto (owner) had to train someone and try to clean at the same time. I mean no disrespect...just being honest."
