From the plumbing guy to the tile guy to the lady who handled the final touches - they were a great team, always on time and fun to work with ! It was a pleasure and now my new walk-in shower is a great pleasure as well. All of my neighbors are thinking hey that looks great and what a great idea that was to replace the old tub and tile with this streamlined new shower designed and installed by the Big City Plumbing & Service LLC team. "When they first came to the house and started to have a conversation, I felt at ease. After explaining what I wanted to have done a phone call was made and I was given an estimate right there on the spot. An estimate that fit my budget and we made an agreement as to when they would start, which was right away. Now, her the first week I have a beautiful walk-in shower. They came in an the plumbing was done so quick I wondered when will he start but he was already done.
