"James was extremely professional and showed a true interest in what it is he can here to do. There were some marks on my carpet that I did not expect to come out and they didn't which is okay. However; there is a large black spot in front of my door that I believe was overlooked. That spot is where the machine was sitting when it was brought from down the hall to clean the steps. One is able to tell where the cleaning stopped on the carpet. I did not contact James because I wanted it fixed right aways. I scrubbed that area on my own! Overall the job was good. "
