"Received a call back immediately. Prices were shared over the phone which were very good and did not change once they came to my home. Company was able to come out the next day. They were professional yet friendly, answered all my questions, and were very informative concerning the care of my carpet. I had an old, red dye stain on my carpet which mostly came out with the cleaning. I was informed that the next cleaning would probably remove it entirely due to old residues being removed with this cleaning. (I have my own portable carpet cleaner) I would definitely hire them again, and wished I would have sooner! Highly recommend!"
