"He arrived right on time and ready to work. Unfortunately, I was not quite ready (still moving items out of the house). Instead of just "doing the job" he suggested that it would be better for him to come back the next day after everyone was done moving things up and down and in and out. He returned the next day and did a great job on all of the carpets and the two sofas he cleaned. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again when the need arises."
