"Great customer service from the moment the phone call was made. One of the tasks was to review the performance of my Heat pump and the 2nd was to fix my fridge that wouldn't cool. In both cases they sought to find out what was working first and did not make expensive recommendations. Unlike other contractors they were not fussy about coming to my neighborhood or moving my fridge. They were very clean and professional as well. I would highly recommend them."

"I hired Denair HVAC, Inc. to inspect my [condo unit's] hot water heater and boiler for the upcoming winter season. They provided good service and answered all my questions / concerns. More importantly, they did not try to "sell" me services or swindle me into unnecessary repairs. They also provided a (basic) hand written report at the end of the appointment, stating what was done and reccomendations to improve the efficiency of my heating system. They fell shy of a 5 star rating, because they did not go over and beyond in addressing my concerns; they were direct and to the point, and I felt I had to "fish" for some answers."
