"I called to have my heating and cooling system cleaned, as it smelled bad when switching from heat to AC or vice versa. The serviceman spent a long time in the attic cleaning the system and it is much better now. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable and suggested several other things that could be done if the cleaning did not fully fix the problem. I signed up for a twice yearly maintenance contract, which is very reasonably priced. "
