"Our AC went out Friday night and we were contacted by David Hart with Gorman Mechanical on Saturday morning. David came out on Saturday and looked at our problem and gave us an estimate. After severial calls and quotes from other contractors we decided to use Gorman Mechanical for price and service. David came back out on Sunday and wrote a contract to replace our ouside unit. On Monday morning our AC was back in operation. "

"The company was up front with most everything they did and did what they contracted to do. We had a time servcie problem and although they promised quicker service some of the problems, I realize were caused by outside forces beyond their control. Installation was slower than expected, and left some mess in my home that was unexpected. There have been no follow up calls from A/C to check on the installation and if or was I satisfied with everything, and I was under the understanding some one would check back and see if all had gone as expected. To date no one has contacted me about the unit and how it is operating since it was installed."
