"The gentlemen that came out to install the air conditioner were very professional and personable. The quality of work so far seems to be really good. :) The only complaint I have is that we had ordered a side draft air conditioner but when they arrived they brought a down draft. They took it back to exchange it and ended up calling us saying that they were going to charge an $45 extra for a gas fee for having to return the air conditioner. I believe it was their mistake and we shouldn't have been charged the extra fee. But it was a take it or leave it attitude and even with the fee they were lower then some of the quotes we got. "
