"Service installer, Nick, called first and showed up exactly on time. The installation was going very smoothly. He took out my old, broken stove and gave me a chance to clean up while he brought in my "new " stove from my garage. While making the final connections, he noticed a tiny crack in the regulator.. Since he could not guarantee that there would be no gas leak, he stopped, capped everything off safely and explained the problem. Even though we couldn't complete the installation, I am very grateful to have found someone so honest and conscientious and cared more about doing the job right than finishing and collecting his bill!!
