"My experience was excellent. The installer, Nick Pontrelli, came right on time--in fact, he came early because it's hard to find a parking space in Manhattan. Our old KitchenAid dishwasher was over 30 years old--it originally came with a sink/countertop attached (in other words, a complicated job). That is why I elected NOT to use PC Richard's installers (who are pretty good)--I had a feeling this might be too much of a challenge and I was right. Bottom line: Nick handled all the problems and the new dishwasher works like a charm--QUIETLY--unlike our old workhorse relic."
