"These guys were incredible. First of all, who shows up in Manhattan for $90? Noone. There was none of that ripped off feel to these guys. The tech that they sent was a really great guy, very patient, very, very knowledgeable. There's no hidden b.s.. It was $90/ drain and no hidden extras, no "oh we were there longer than expected, etc." Straight up. They also didn't charge for a drain they couldn't completely clear and offered several options with regards to what to do about it. They came prepared with tools and equipment, didn't hit me up for things the way a lot of contractors do. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. "

"Sewer King was great. Came right over on a Sunday evening and completed the job in about 10 minutes. We initially contacted Trumpet Emergency plumbing, who never showed up and eventually stopped answering their phone."

"They were very quick to set up an appointment. The guy coming over got stuck somewhere else, and while some places would just not show up, Ed called me to reschedule as soon as he knew they wouldn't be able to make it. Since they came on a weekend instead, the price was a bit higher but still reasonable. The man who came arrived on time. He didn't find the problem right away but worked until he did find it. The pipe attached to my sink was really rusty, so he went out and got my a new pipe to replace it. Obviously it cost a little more, but better while he was already there than paying for an emergency visit. Overall a good experience."
