"Paradigm did an EXCELLENT JOB installing our new Rinnai tankless water heater. If I could give Paradigm 10 stars I would. Paradigm was one of 4 estimates I got. They seemed to be 1 of 2 companies that gave me an estimate TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. My old water heater let go 5 days before Paradigm was going to do the job. Steve moved the job up and had his 2 installers at my house 8:30 the next morning with the new tankless system. None of the companies picked up that 1 inch piping was needed. Paradigm ran the piping and stayed with their estimate price. NO Hassles. Installers were EXCELLENT, NICE installation, and INSPECTED. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!"

"I called 3 different companies for estimates and schedules. Paradigm was able to do the job the fastest and with the highest quality water heater with a LIFETIME warrenty instead of the standard 6 year warrenty. I was very pleased with both service techs that came to the house and with speaking with Steve and the office manager (maybe Dave? sorry) on the telephone. Overall a very pleasent experience from a blown water heater. I will definately use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber. "

"It took Paradigm about 1 minute to call after I made the request..that was great. Steve got all of my information at that time and we agreed that he would be at my house at 6:30 AM for an estimate. He was here early. He looked at my water heater and gave me several options. I made my choice and he had my water heater installed in just a couple of hours. I did not shop around, so I do not know if I got the best price. But I am sure I got the best service and a great product. Very professional."
