"I was pleased with the speed of repair and quality of the work done. However, the person that called me on the phone indicated that their installer would come over and look at the door, and give me a price, not informing me of a service charge. The technician arrived and quoted me a 49 dollar credit if I used them, as the service call was 49 and change. There needs to be better communication initially between their dispatch and me, the customer. There was also a truck use charge of 19+- dollars that I thought was not necessary, as the cost of the repair was rather high compared to other companies that I spoke to. "
