"the service man that came checked the door and found out the problem quickly. He explained the options and went over the best fix. he recommended the spring just being turned one more time on one side. Tested the door again and problem was gone. The door hasn't had a problem for the past 3 weeks. Total to fix was just the service call of $39. while he is lower then the rest on the service call his service is better then the past 3 companies i have called and he will be called again if any problem comes up."
