"One of the rollers came off the rail on our garage door. Put my name in and they immediately called. Said they could come in the next 1-2 hours and were there within an hour. Tech said all the rollers (10) were worn and recommended replacing them. As the set up is 15 yrs+ it was definitely possible, so I allowed that. Service charge/labor was reasonable $79. Each roller cost $19 plus a bent bracket was $40. So it was a costly repair but fair I think. Won't really know the quality until it runs for a while. Tech was knowledgeable, helpful and nice."
