Tony was very quick to respond to my service request. after we started the process he always answer his phone and was very professional. He showed up to install the door when he said he would did a great job and cleaned up the site so well you would not have known he was there except for the beautiful door he installed.

Using the Service Master website, I selected Pulido's Overhead Door. I provided a brief description of my garage door problem. I received a call first thing the following morning. They came out same day and repaired my door in a timely manner. They adjusted, tightened and lubed every bolt. John provided helpful information in maintaining my door. I am thoroughly pleased with their work and additional information provided. I will use them again I highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
