"I had 3 bathrooms remodeled. Chrisman implemented quick and courteous return of phone calls. The quality of completed work was good and met my expectations. Most renovation/remodel projects result in some unexpected discoveries and issues which require a Change Order. Because Chrisman’s preparation and planning was very good; I did not encounter many unexpected issues that affected my bottom line. Chrisman had problems with his staff and the project clean up process. One of his staff members did not show up to the job site for several weeks. This no-show resulted in the omission of tile work and the completion date. Chrisman is implementing the clean up and I feel confident he will address and fix all issues that are related to this job and to his team. "

"One thing that left me uncomfortable was the deposit that was requested! The job was very much delayed due to the product not being available was the claim. They were very eager to please. The cleanup left a little to be desired but otherwise an excellent job. The new roof has garnered much attention! They did three roofs for me on my property and I am most happy with the workmanship. The delays were the biggest issue. It took more than a month and a half to get all finished. There are three buildings involved in this overall job. So, the cost was greater than the usual just one roof."
