"The work was done by a non-englishing speaking crew who arrived at my house when it was already dark. So, they were doing the work from like dark to about 9 or so. I had to give them some lights. Then, I was sent an email that the work was done and to pay when the work was not even close to completed. But, ultimately, the work was done in a timely fashion and done well. "
