"They replied promptly and showed up when they said they would. They determined that the compressor was out on my AC unit and when they called back with an estimate to replace the compressor the price was much lower than anticipated. I was told that the unit was still under warranty which I had no idea about and they had me rescheduled within 2 days to replace it. Thanks"
