"Because my facia boards looked like some may need replacement, the salesman informed me that a wood density test would be completed prior to hanging the new gutter system.. When the installers arrived, they looked at me like I was crazy - said they didn't have any replacement facia boards on the truck. Additionally, the salesman informed me that splash guards would be put up in the valleys of my metal roof.. again, the installers said the salesman didn't know what he was talking about - splash guards were not necessary. Other than those two instances of misinformation, the project went well."
