"On the day we called, Eddie came to assess the situation. He started the process that day, and came back the next (on time) to complete his work. He made recommendations for us to make in order to stop the 'pests' from returning. He's great and we'd recommend him to our neighbors or anyone else."

"Good cheap option. The rep from Big Apple was friendly and courteous. His solution was to simply place poison pellets in the attic. It killed the rodent. I could tell by the smell which was noticeable for a few days. "
