"From the first call I was pleased when I was told they would look for the point-of-entry. Service person was personable, fair, knowledgable, thorough and so far, though it is early to be sure, no evidence of pest have been seen. It appears we are well on our way to rid the premises of these pests. If the pest our history I would be happy to move my rating to "very good"."

"Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and courteous. I had no doubt that I could trust this man in my home. The 6 month guarantee was an added bonus. I would have no reservation about calling Express Pest Control for any other pest control needs I may have in the future. I would be glad to recommend them to anyone needing their services. I was never even contacted by the other company, who had a 5 star rating. "

"I called Insect X Pest Solutionsout for a Racoon problem I had. He came out and made an inspection and was very reasonable in what he charged. He did not try and recommend further service that was not needed. He did recommend some things I could do on my own to prevent a reoccurance. I felt he was honest and very fair. My only little dislike was in our sceduled appointment time. He did not show up at our scheduled time and never called till almost a half hour later. I understand that when making multiple house calls the serviceman can get behind...all I ask is for a phone call updating me. I would use him again though should the need "
