"They called quickly, came to quote the job without delay, and were reasonably priced. Terminix called late, and the other not at all. While the rep from Terminix was very good, they were more than double the price. Al Hoffer's came the day the contract was signed, and the next day the rat was caught. Although he was injured by the trap, he wasn't in the trap, and when I came face-to-face with him, I called Al Hoffer's and they came quickly to remove the rat."
