"We had an awful experience the last time we moved with another moving company so we were worried this time. The foremen called me and told me that they are in front but I didn't see any trucks. I was concerned. He realized that he was at 19th Street rather than 19th Avenue. So they were a bit late but other than that they did a great job and didn't used hand trucks like the movers last time. Hand trucks damaged the stairs and carpet last time. Trusted Van Lines were professional."
