"We hired Marc Fortin to re-engineer a Japanese style water fountain that had always been troublesome to maintain and that had stopped working altogether. Marc instantly diagnosed the problems and within a few days, carried out a meticulous plan to rebuild it from the underground up. Using quality materials, Marc did flawless work, performing major construction in our garden without disturbing plants or surroundings. He left it in pristine condition, with fountain running on a timer, and surrounding area raked and clean.
