"I hired Dennis to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom of my parents' 1960s rambler. The house hadn't been updated since the 70s and I knew the wiring was old, so I was worried about what he would find once he started working. Dennis however is experienced and has worked with many different homes. He was easy to communicate with and knew a lot about updating an older house. His rates are also very reasonable. He was also nice to my elderly parents, who were nervous about having a stranger in their home. And the final result, the exhaust fan, runs great. I'd hire him again in an instant!"
