"Derek Galaz is fantastic. He had to wait for the electronics company where he was going to pick up the antanna to open, so he called me and said that he was going to be a little late. Once he arrived, he went right to work, and had the job completed faster than anticipated. And the best part is, he also cleaned up after himself.
