"Baffle in the septic, going to the drain field, was a bit crooked. He said that when it had been initially installed they probably bumped it when they backfilled the trench.It has been working fine for 10 years and he said it would continue to work fine so I dismissed it as not a problem. When the job was complete he noted on the condition report that it needed repair. Had he told me this at the time the tank was open, I would have had it repaired for a small amount of money. Now he says it would cost an additional $250.00 to re-open the tank and repair it. Paid $650.00 already and still havent' recieved a reciept, have asked twice"
