"James (the owner) was timely, efficient and honest. The work was excellent. He did some last-minute add-on work at a very reasonable price. The only negative is that when I went to pay him, he didn't have a receipt book and said he'd e-mail me a final invoice for my records. Several days later, I called him to "remind" him I needed my receipt. He e-mailed an invoice a day later--with the wrong price and with no materials vs. labor itemization. I'm still awaiting a reply to my follow-up e-mail requesting a correct receipt. So, excellent drywall work--poor follow-up. The devil is in the details James"
