"Came and did an audit. Sent proposal and esttimate with plan for work to be done. Answered follow-up questions before he arrived. Came on time and worked all day until he finished. My only "complaint"(?) is that he moved EVERYTHING in my house to get at the possible openings that needed to be sealed!! I was not prepared for him to be that thorough. I might have waited and done a thorough cleaning before hand. That may have postponed my service for about a year but...:-) At this point we are anxious for the cold weather to blow in full force - it will be good to kiss those high heating bills good-bye!? "

"Bob was very personable and available to answer as many questions as my wife and I could come up with. His experience in construction is a definite plus when it comes to provide practical no-nonsense suggestion on what to do next. I particularly appreciated that, although he offers a door blower test, he is very upfront on the limited usefulness of that test. His reports are thorough but just by doing the walk around with him and his thermoimager I learned lots of what I can and should do to improve the energy efficiency of my 50+ year old house. You can tell that he likes what he does. Best bang for the buck (and a very nice guy too)!"
