"Luis was very flexible about timing the installation of the new dishwasher with its spotty on-time arrival via Whirlpool Delivery. He did a very good job and was thoroughly professional. Our old dishwasher was replaced because it stopped draining properly, a problem we later found out was due to a clogged drain-air gap on the sink. Luis would have gotten 5 stars if he had checked this as our new dishwasher also did not drain properly until this was unclogged. "
