"Jim was detail oriented. He really listened to me and incorporated what I said into the scope of work for the insurance company with justifications for his assumptions which made discussions with the insurance company go smoothly. Jim's foreman, David, was a pleasure to work with. David was VERY polite and considerate. They were also some of the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Every day they would clean up their work space They taped off and put plastic up to limit the area the dust would impact. At the end of the job, they swept everything and even polished my furniture!!"
