"Scott called on the day I put in the request. He was on another job , but made arrangements to come by and give me a quote. He noticed a hole at the very tip of our roofing that no one else had seen and is 99.9 % sure that is what was causing the trouble. He sent a bid for that small amount of work, plus guaranteed a revisit if it still leaks when the rains set in. His assosiate introduced himself and in 15 minutes had the " hole" repaired. I have not heard from Scott as to the final cost of the project, but he read my prediciment and fixed just that in a very timely manner. Thanks!! One week later he sent the bill. the leak is fixed "

"They did a good job cleaning the roof, hopefully the leak was repaired also! The timing was quite a bit off (it took an additional week to complete), but that did not bother us, since we were not on a specific time frame (the leak was fixed first; that was the important part)."
