| Comment: This is a project that a west olympia home owners asscoiation needs to complete, primarily for safety and esthetic reasons. An asphalt trail system (a wide and rolling walkway in a parklike setting) has spots that have risen up due to tree roots. Some trees are currently being removed. We need advice (and related work)on how to make the trail safe from pedestrians tripping (hasn't happened yet, but frankly we have many seniors living here!), and keep costs reasonable. We would like to keep the appearance of new patches at a minimum. Most of the asphalt trail looks very good. Many thanks for your interest. |
