"Mike was very professional and caring. first tried to see if my heater was under the warranty to save us some money, but unfortunately, the warranty has expired. He actually did what other companies didn't even try to do. I felt very comfortable with him, so we ordered a new heater he installed it, explained how it works and everything else about the warrant, we are a very happy customer, and we will record him to anyone."
