"I called John in the morning and he came out to the house within a few hours to take samples of asbestos and scan for lead. The asbestos results came back within 3 days, but due to snafus with his email service, I wasn't able to see the report until 4 days after that, the same day I received the paper copy in the mail. Overall I'd recommend John and Ambient Environmental."
