"Overall it went OK except a couple of details: Instead of calling me to discuss the bathroom vent placement, they made an "executive decision" and put it right in from of the vanity. They offered to move vent but that would leave a hole in the vinyl floor and subfloor and they didn't offer to fix that. I also found a new 1" hole drilled through the hardwood floor for no apparent reason in the dining room next to a vent that i will have to fix. "

"I felt it was a professional installation; however, they should have had a checklist to make sure they completed everything as promised. I had to point out that they installed the wrong thermostat according to the contract, which they did correct before they left. Also, they did not inspect and repair the duct work as promised because there was a board still holding up one section that was still holding it up when they finished the job. In fact, it took them 3 add'l visits before they finally got it right. Everything else they did as promised and completed the project in a timely manner. l"
