"Once I submitted my request to Service Magic, I received a call right away from Expert Heating. Jerry's responsiveness was very impressive. We were able to get an appt with him right away. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jerry was able to answer all of our questions and take the time needed with us to get the right equipment quote & payment for our heat pump replacement. The installation was able to be completed quickly as the temps outside were crawling higher and higher making it more uncomfortable in the house without air! I would recommend the guys from Expert to everyone! Thanks Jerry and Terry for a great job!"

"Great company to work with. The first meeting with Dennis, he reviewed the configuration of the ducts in the basement and explained how inefficient they were. Of the 8 companies we had in, Bockrath Heating who offered to reconfigure the ducts as part of the installation. Not only did they include the extra work in the bid, their bid was almost $2000.00 less than another company bidding the same unit. At the completion of the work they took extra time to assure that the installation was correct, and working properly. Look no further than Bockrath when you need heating and cooling work. They're an A plus company."
