"Gary Duncan called me minutes after I entered my contact information on line. The installation of a new air conditioing unit began the next day. The men were prompt and worked diligently. They did have to exchange the indoor unit due to size. They did that the same day and finished the job. There was a drainage problem the next month. The men returned promptly and worked on the issue until it was resolved. I have no problem recommending All Air Design. In fact I plan on using them as maintenance after the one year warranty ends."

"One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Prompt and professional from beginning to end. Lek called and scheduled an initial appointment within a couple of hours of my online request. I had three contractors give estimates on replacing our heat pump with a modern 15 seer trane system.... here's the best part, he was over a thousand dollars less than the next best estimate and did additional duct work at no extra charge that another company wanted an additional $900 to do. Lek and his team were prompt, professional, courteous, and cleaned up nicely. Hire these people! JT"
