After doing some research regarding the make and model of water heater I wanted for my home, l shared the information with Robert. He was completely respectful and open to my choice/selection of water heater and without hesitation, agreed to call the plumbing supply houses he normally use to track down the water heater I wanted. When he learned the local supply houses did not carry the specific model I sought, Robert did not hesitate to special order the specific model for me.
